Description

A quick and nourishing shrimp and pepper stir-fry featuring juicy shrimp, colorful bell peppers, and aromatic garlic and ginger, all brought together in a savory soy sauce blend.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 bell peppers, sliced (any colors)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, grated
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked rice or noodles for serving

Instructions

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the sliced bell peppers and stir-fry for about 2-3 minutes until they start to soften.
  3. Add the garlic and ginger, and stir-fry for another minute until fragrant.
  4. Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until they turn pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Pour in the soy sauce, stirring to coat everything evenly.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve hot over cooked rice or noodles.

Notes

Experiment with colored bell peppers for added vibrancy. Marinate shrimp in soy sauce and ginger for deeper flavor.
