Description

A comforting dish featuring tender shrimp and soft gnocchi in a creamy garlic Parmesan sauce, perfect for weeknight dinners.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound of shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 pound of gnocchi
  • 3 tablespoons of butter
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 cup of heavy cream
  • 1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Cook the gnocchi according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  4. Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  5. Gradually add the Parmesan cheese, stirring until the sauce is smooth.
  6. Add the cooked gnocchi to the skillet, tossing to coat in the sauce.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
