Ingredients
- 2 tuna steaks
- 1 avocado
- 1 lime (juiced)
- 1 orange (juiced)
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Olive oil for searing
Instructions
- Season the tuna steaks with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Sear the tuna for about 1-2 minutes on each side until crispy and cooked to your preference.
- In a bowl, mash the avocado and mix in the lime juice and orange juice until smooth.
- Serve the seared tuna topped with the citrusy mashed avocado.
