Delicious seafood stuffed shells filled with a rich blend of lobster, crab, and shrimp, smothered in creamy Alfredo sauce.
Ingredients
- 20 large jumbo pasta shells
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup chopped lobster meat
- 1 cup shredded crab meat
- 1 cup chopped shrimp
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1 cup Alfredo sauce
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the pasta shells according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, lobster, crab, shrimp, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well to create a rich seafood filling.
- Carefully stuff each shell with the seafood mixture.
- Spread half of the Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Arrange the stuffed shells on top of the sauce, and drizzle the remaining Alfredo sauce over the shells.
- Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
Use fresh seafood for the best flavor. Adjust the filling texture with cream or additional Alfredo sauce if needed.
