Description

Delicious seafood stuffed shells filled with a rich blend of lobster, crab, and shrimp, smothered in creamy Alfredo sauce.

Ingredients

  • 20 large jumbo pasta shells
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup chopped lobster meat
  • 1 cup shredded crab meat
  • 1 cup chopped shrimp
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 cup Alfredo sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the pasta shells according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, combine ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, lobster, crab, shrimp, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well to create a rich seafood filling.
  4. Carefully stuff each shell with the seafood mixture.
  5. Spread half of the Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  6. Arrange the stuffed shells on top of the sauce, and drizzle the remaining Alfredo sauce over the shells.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
  8. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Use fresh seafood for the best flavor. Adjust the filling texture with cream or additional Alfredo sauce if needed.
