Description

A refreshing seafood salad featuring imitation crab meat, crunchy celery, and zesty flavors, perfect for gatherings or casual meals.


Ingredients

  • 20 ounces of imitation crab meat, chopped
  • 3 stalks of celery, sliced thin
  • Green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon of traditional seven spice pepper blend
  • Salt, to taste
  • Mayonnaise, to taste


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the chopped imitation crab meat, sliced celery, and chopped green onions.
  2. In a separate small bowl, mix together the rice vinegar, seven spice pepper blend, and salt.
  3. Pour the mixture over the crab salad ingredients and mix gently.
  4. Add mayonnaise to your desired creaminess and mix well.
  5. Serve in a scooped-out tomato, on a brioche bun, or over a salad.

Notes

Chill the salad in the fridge for about 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld. Customize by adding bell peppers or cucumbers for extra crunch.
