Description

A classic Seafood Newburg featuring a rich blend of lobster, shrimp, and scallops in a creamy sauce, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound cooked lobster meat, chopped
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 pound scallops
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup sherry
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup chicken or seafood stock
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Toast points or rice for serving


Instructions

  1. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Add the flour and stir to form a roux, cooking for about 2 minutes.
  3. Gradually whisk in the stock and bring to a simmer, cooking until thickened.
  4. Stir in the cream and sherry; then add the lobster, shrimp, and scallops.
