Ingredients
- 1 cup shrimp, peeled and deveined

- 2 tablespoons flour

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a saucepan, melt the butter and add the minced garlic. Cook until fragrant.
- Stir in the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes, forming a roux.
- Gradually whisk in the cream, stirring until the mixture thickens.
