  • 1 cup white fish (e.g., cod or haddock)
  • 2 cups cream
  • 1 cup grated cheese (e.g., Gruyère or Parmesan)
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  4. Gradually whisk in the cream, stirring until the mixture thickens.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. In a baking dish, layer the shrimp, scallops, and white fish. Pour the cream sauce over the seafood.
