Description

A comforting seafood casserole featuring tuna, shrimp, and a creamy mixture, topped with cheddar cheese and breadcrumbs.


Ingredients

  • 1 can of tuna (drained)
  • 1 cup of cooked shrimp
  • 1 cup of cooked pasta
  • 1 can of cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • Optional: Chopped parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the drained tuna, cooked shrimp, and cooked pasta in a large bowl.
  3. Add the cream of mushroom soup and milk to the bowl.
  4. Incorporate half of the shredded cheddar cheese into the mixture.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
  7. Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top.
  8. Disperse breadcrumbs evenly over the cheese.
  9. Drizzle olive oil over the breadcrumbs.
  10. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
  11. Let cool for a few minutes before serving, garnishing with chopped parsley if desired.

Notes

For added flavor, consider using fresh herbs or experimenting with different cheese types. Store leftovers in an airtight container for 3-4 days.
