Description
A creamy and delicious seafood carbonara that combines shrimp, scallops, and calamari with a rich heavy cream sauce, perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
- 200g spaghetti
- 150g shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 150g scallops
- 150g calamari, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add shrimp, scallops, and calamari to the skillet, cooking until shrimp is pink and scallops are opaque.
- Reduce heat and stir in heavy cream, cooking for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Add Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and combined.
- Toss the cooked spaghetti in the sauce until well coated.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
Notes
For a richer sauce, add more Parmesan cheese or a splash of pasta water if it’s too thick.
