Ingredients
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup crab meat, cooked
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons Old Bay seasoning
- 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Combine shrimp, crab meat, cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and Old Bay seasoning in a bowl. Mix well.
- Open the biscuit dough and separate into individual biscuits.
- Flatten each biscuit slightly and place a generous spoonful of the seafood mixture in the center.
- Fold the biscuit over the filling and pinch the edges to seal.
- Place biscuits on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the tops with melted butter.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
