Ingredients
- 2 salmon fillets
- 1 ripe mango, diced
- ½ red onion, finely chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the grill or a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season the salmon fillets with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Grill the salmon for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
- In a bowl, combine the diced mango, red onion, red bell pepper, lime juice, and a pinch of salt. Mix well to make the salsa.
