Ingredients
- 8-10 ounces salmon, cubed
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 cup cooked coconut rice
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1 green onion, diced
- Spicy mayo
- Sesame seeds
Instructions
- Season the salmon cubes with salt, pepper, and Old Bay seasoning.
- Whisk together the rice vinegar, sesame oil, soy sauce, and honey in a small bowl.
- Add the salmon to the marinade and let it sit for 10 minutes.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray and add the salmon.
