Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb cooked and flaked salmon fillets
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  2. Shape the mixture into patties, ensuring they hold together.
  3. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  4. For the lemon garlic sauce, mix together sour cream, lemon juice, minced garlic, and parsley in a small bowl.
  5. Serve the warm salmon patties drizzled with lemon garlic sauce.
