Ingredients
- 1 lb cooked and flaked salmon fillets
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- For the lemon garlic sauce: 1/2 cup sour cream, 2 tbsp lemon juice, 1 clove minced garlic, 1 tbsp fresh chopped parsley
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine salmon, breadcrumbs, green onions, mayonnaise, egg, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly mixed.
- Shape the mixture into patties, ensuring they hold together.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- For the lemon garlic sauce, mix together sour cream, lemon juice, minced garlic, and parsley in a small bowl.
- Serve the warm salmon patties drizzled with lemon garlic sauce.
