Ingredients
- 1 can (14.75 oz) salmon, drained and flaked
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup celery, finely chopped
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp pickle relish
- 1 tsp capers, chopped

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the salmon, breadcrumbs, onion, celery, egg, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well until the ingredients are fully combined.
- Shape the mixture into patties, forming them to your desired thickness.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat until hot.
- Fry the salmon patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown and crispy.
- For the tartar sauce, mix together mayonnaise, lemon juice, pickle relish, capers, and season with salt and pepper.
- Serve the salmon patties warm with a generous dollop of homemade tartar sauce.

For added flavor, consider using fresh herbs like dill or parsley. You can also switch the breadcrumbs for panko for a crispier texture.
