Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Zest of 1 lemon
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat, then add the salmon, cooking for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through.
- Remove the salmon from the skillet and set aside.
- Add minced garlic to the same skillet and sauté for 1 minute.
- Pour in the heavy cream, lemon zest, and lemon juice, stirring until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Return the salmon to the pan and coat with the sauce.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
