Description

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Fresh parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat, then add the salmon, cooking for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through.
  4. Remove the salmon from the skillet and set aside.
