Description

A quick and nutritious meal featuring roasted salmon paired with a creamy mustard dill sauce.

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the prepared sheet and drizzle with olive oil; season with salt and pepper.
  3. Roast the salmon in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until it flakes easily with a fork.
  4. Meanwhile, combine the Dijon mustard, sour cream, chopped dill, lemon juice, and minced garlic in a bowl to make the sauce.
  5. Once the salmon is done, serve each fillet drizzled with the creamy mustard dill sauce.

Notes

For added flavor, consider garnishing with fresh dill or lemon wedges. Pair with roasted vegetables or a fresh salad.
