Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the prepared sheet and drizzle with olive oil; season with salt and pepper.
- Roast the salmon in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until it flakes easily with a fork.
- Meanwhile, combine the Dijon mustard, sour cream, chopped dill, lemon juice, and minced garlic in a bowl to make the sauce.
