Ingredients
- 1 refrigerated pie crust
- 1 cup ricotta cheese

Instructions
- Press the refrigerated pie crust into a 9-inch pie dish.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta, chopped spinach, mozzarella, eggs, milk, salt, and pepper; whisk until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into the crust.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 40 to 45 minutes until the filling is set and the top is golden brown.
