Description

A delightful ricotta and spinach quiche that blends creamy texture with vibrant flavors, perfect for brunch or gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 refrigerated pie crust
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup chopped spinach
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Press the refrigerated pie crust into a 9-inch pie dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta, chopped spinach, mozzarella, eggs, milk, salt, and pepper; whisk until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into the crust.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 40 to 45 minutes until the filling is set and the top is golden brown.
