Ingredients
- 4 large baking potatoes (about 900g), scrubbed
- 2 tablespoons (30ml) olive oil
- kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder, or to taste
- 0.5 teaspoon dried parsley, or to taste
- 4 tablespoons (60g) butter
Instructions
- Assemble all necessary items. Set your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) to heat up.
- Coat the potatoes with olive oil, then sprinkle them with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and parsley. Arrange them in the air fryer basket.
- Allow the potatoes to cook in the warmed air fryer until they become tender, which should take between 40 and 50 minutes, depending on their size.
- Cut each potato down the middle lengthwise. Gently squeeze the sides of each potato with your hands to make the insides puff out. Place a tablespoon of butter into each potato.
