Ingredients

  • 4 large baking potatoes (about 900g), scrubbed
  • 2 tablespoons (30ml) olive oil
  • kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder, or to taste
  • 0.5 teaspoon dried parsley, or to taste
  • 4 tablespoons (60g) butter


Instructions

  1. Assemble all necessary items. Set your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) to heat up.
  2. Coat the potatoes with olive oil, then sprinkle them with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and parsley. Arrange them in the air fryer basket.
  3. Allow the potatoes to cook in the warmed air fryer until they become tender, which should take between 40 and 50 minutes, depending on their size.
  4. Cut each potato down the middle lengthwise. Gently squeeze the sides of each potato with your hands to make the insides puff out. Place a tablespoon of butter into each potato.
