Description

A quick and delicious meal featuring fettuccine pasta tossed with fresh basil pesto, topped with grilled shrimp and cherry tomatoes.


Ingredients

  • Fettuccine Pasta (enough for 4 servings)
  • Fresh Basil Pesto
  • 1 lb peeled and deveined Shrimp
  • 1 cup halved Cherry Tomatoes
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. In a separate pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season the shrimp with salt and pepper, then grill until cooked through.
  3. Toss the cooked pasta with basil pesto until well combined.
  4. Stack the pesto pasta and top with grilled shrimp.
  5. Garnish with halved cherry tomatoes and freshly grated Parmesan cheese. Serve warm.
