A quick and delicious meal featuring fettuccine pasta tossed with fresh basil pesto, topped with grilled shrimp and cherry tomatoes.
Ingredients
- Fettuccine Pasta (enough for 4 servings)
- Fresh Basil Pesto
- 1 lb peeled and deveined Shrimp
- 1 cup halved Cherry Tomatoes
- Grated Parmesan Cheese
- Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
- In a separate pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season the shrimp with salt and pepper, then grill until cooked through.
- Toss the cooked pasta with basil pesto until well combined.
- Stack the pesto pasta and top with grilled shrimp.
- Garnish with halved cherry tomatoes and freshly grated Parmesan cheese. Serve warm.
