- 1/2 tsp (2.5 ml) vegetable oil plus extra for brushing/spraying on air fryer basket

- 2 tsp (10 ml) basil pesto
Instructions
- Blot the salmon fillet with paper towels to absorb moisture. Pour vegetable oil over the salmon and massage it in. Season with pepper.
- Spread basil pesto evenly across the top of the salmon.
- Coat the air fryer basket lightly with additional vegetable oil to prevent adherence.
- Place the salmon inside the air fryer basket and cook at 400°F for 8-12 minutes, or until the salmon is thoroughly cooked and flakes easily.
