- 4 salmon fillets
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper to create a luscious glaze.
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) or heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
- If you are baking, place salmon fillets on a lined baking sheet and brush them with the glaze. If using a skillet, add olive oil and sear the salmon skin-side down until crispy, then flip and brush glaze on top.
