Description

A delightful dish featuring cod fillets topped with a crunchy parmesan and breadcrumb mixture, baked to perfection.


Ingredients

  • 4 Cod fillets
  • 1/2 cup Grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup Melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
  • Lemon wedges (for serving)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix together the grated parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Place the cod fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Brush the melted butter over the cod fillets.
  5. Spread the cheese and breadcrumb mixture evenly over the top of each fillet.
  6. Bake for about 12-15 minutes, or until the cod is flaky and the topping is golden brown.
