Ingredients
- 4 Cod fillets
- 1/2 cup Grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup Melted butter
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
- Lemon wedges (for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix together the grated parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Place the cod fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the melted butter over the cod fillets.
- Spread the cheese and breadcrumb mixture evenly over the top of each fillet.
- Bake for about 12-15 minutes, or until the cod is flaky and the topping is golden brown.
- Serve with lemon wedges and your choice of vegetables or salad.
