A quick and delicious pan-fried salmon dish with sweet chili sauce and a hint of lime, perfect for a weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lime wedges (for serving)

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix together sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, and minced garlic.
  2. Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  4. Add the salmon fillets skin-side down and cook for about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Flip the salmon and pour the sauce mixture over the fillets.

Notes

Let salmon rest for a couple of minutes after cooking to enhance flavor and tenderness. Adjust sauce ingredients based on your taste preference.
