Ingredients
- 2 salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lime wedges (for serving)
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix together sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, and minced garlic.
- Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the salmon fillets skin-side down and cook for about 3-4 minutes.
- Flip the salmon and pour the sauce mixture over the fillets.
- Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.
- Serve with lime wedges.
