Description

Delicious shrimp tacos topped with refreshing mango salsa for a perfect dinner delight.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, cleaned and deveined
  • 8 taco shells
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 ripe mango, diced
  • 1/2 red onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1 jalapeño, diced (optional)


Instructions

  1. Marinate the shrimp in a bowl with olive oil, lime juice, cumin, paprika, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and are fully cooked.
