Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp, cleaned and deveined
- 8 taco shells
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 ripe mango, diced
- 1/2 red onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1 jalapeño, diced (optional)
Instructions
- Marinate the shrimp in a bowl with olive oil, lime juice, cumin, paprika, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and are fully cooked.
- For the mango salsa, combine diced mango, chopped red onion, cilantro, jalapeño, and season with salt and pepper.
- Assemble the tacos by placing the cooked shrimp in the taco shells and topping with mango salsa.
