Description

A simple yet flavorful dish of oven roasted salmon, glazed with a sweet and tangy combination of ingredients, perfect for weeknight dinners.

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Whisk together the olive oil, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, honey, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet, skin-side down.
  5. Brush the marinade thoroughly over the salmon fillets.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  7. Serve with lemon wedges for an extra pop of flavor.

Notes

Let the salmon rest after baking to retain moisture. Experiment with herbs for added flavor.
