  • 5 teaspoon dried dill weed (1.25 ml)
  • 5 teaspoon dried thyme (1.25 ml)
  • 5 teaspoon dried oregano (1.25 ml)
  • 5 teaspoon dried parsley (1.25 ml)
  • 5 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (1.25 ml)
  • 5 teaspoon salt (2.5 g)
  • 4 large potatoes, peeled and cubed


Instructions

  1. Set your oven temperature to 475 degrees F (245 degrees C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, blend together the oil, garlic, basil, marjoram, dill, thyme, oregano, parsley, red pepper flakes, and salt.
