Description

Ingredients

  • 4 Salmon fillets
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 4 tablespoons Butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons Brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, melt the butter and mix in minced garlic.
  3. Brush the garlic butter over the salmon fillets.
  4. In another bowl, combine brown sugar, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  5. Sprinkle the brown sugar spice mix over the salmon.
