Ingredients
- 4 Salmon fillets
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 4 tablespoons Butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons Brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, melt the butter and mix in minced garlic.
- Brush the garlic butter over the salmon fillets.
- In another bowl, combine brown sugar, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Sprinkle the brown sugar spice mix over the salmon.
