Description

A savory onion tart made with caramelized onions and rich cheese, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 large onions
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup wheat flour
  • 50 g butter
  • 1 cup grated cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. In a skillet, sauté the onions until they turn a beautiful golden brown.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, melted butter, wheat flour, grated cheese, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  4. Incorporate the golden onions into the mixture, ensuring an even distribution.
  5. Pour this mixture into a previously greased tart pan.
  6. Bake for approximately 40 minutes, or until the tart sets and acquires a lovely golden color.
