Ingredients
- 2 large onions
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup wheat flour
- 50 g butter
- 1 cup grated cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- In a skillet, sauté the onions until they turn a beautiful golden brown.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, melted butter, wheat flour, grated cheese, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Incorporate the golden onions into the mixture, ensuring an even distribution.
- Pour this mixture into a previously greased tart pan.

Notes
