A simple yet flavorful One Pot Creamy Salmon Pasta dish that combines pasta, salmon, and a rich, creamy sauce for a comforting meal.
Ingredients
- 8 oz pasta (fettuccine or penne)
- 2 salmon fillets
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the salmon fillets and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked through. Remove the salmon from the skillet and set aside.
- Add the minced garlic to the same skillet and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Flake the cooked salmon and add it back to the sauce. Add the drained pasta and toss to coat evenly.
- Serve garnished with fresh parsley.
