Description

A simple yet flavorful One Pot Creamy Salmon Pasta dish that combines pasta, salmon, and a rich, creamy sauce for a comforting meal.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta (fettuccine or penne)
  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the salmon fillets and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked through. Remove the salmon from the skillet and set aside.
  3. Add the minced garlic to the same skillet and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Flake the cooked salmon and add it back to the sauce. Add the drained pasta and toss to coat evenly.
  6. Serve garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes

Consider adding wilted spinach or sun-dried tomatoes for extra flavor and nutrients.
