Ingredients
- 8 oz pasta (fettuccine or penne)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lb salmon fillet or canned salmon
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken or vegetable broth
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 tsp dried dill or fresh dill
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Grated Parmesan cheese for serving
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- If using fresh salmon, add it to the pot and cook until flaky.
- Stir in the broth and bring to a simmer.
- Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions, adding spinach and cream in the last few minutes.
- Season with dill, salt, and pepper.
- Serve hot with grated Parmesan on top.
