Description

Delicious and nutritious nori wraps filled with a creamy Paleo tuna salad, fresh avocado, and crunchy cucumbers, perfect for a quick meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 can of tuna in water (drained)
  • 1.5 tablespoons paleo mayonnaise
  • 1/2 avocado (thinly sliced)
  • 2 small English cucumbers (cut into matchsticks)
  • 4 Butter lettuce leaves
  • 2 tablespoons alfalfa sprouts
  • 2 seaweed sheets
  • 1 teaspoon roasted sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon coconut aminos (for dipping)
  • 1 tablespoon paleo Sriracha (for dipping)


Instructions

  1. Mix the drained tuna with the paleo mayonnaise, season with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Place a nori wrap in front of you. Begin layering the ingredients: start with the lettuce leaves, followed by the cucumbers, sliced avocado, alfalfa sprouts, sesame seeds, and the tuna mixture.
  3. Carefully roll the seaweed sheet tightly around the filling.
  4. Repeat the process with the second nori wrap.
  5. Serve the wraps alongside coconut aminos and paleo Sriracha for dipping.

Notes

To enhance flavor, consider toasting the nori sheets slightly. Enjoy the wraps fresh for the best texture.
