A fresh and flavorful Nobu-Style Tuna Tartare featuring sushi-grade ahi tuna, creamy avocado, and a delightful mix of seasonings.
Ingredients
- 8 oz sushi-grade ahi tuna
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp chopped green onions
- 1 ripe avocado
- Wasabi, for garnish
- Toasted sesame seeds, for garnish
Instructions
- Dice the sushi-grade ahi tuna into small cubes.
- In a bowl, combine the diced tuna with soy sauce, sesame oil, and chopped green onions.
- Gently mix until well coated.
- Dice the avocado and place it at the bottom of a serving dish.
- Spoon the tuna mixture on top of the avocado.
- Garnish with a dollop of wasabi and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
- Serve immediately.
