Description

A fresh and flavorful Nobu-Style Tuna Tartare featuring sushi-grade ahi tuna, creamy avocado, and a delightful mix of seasonings.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz sushi-grade ahi tuna
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp chopped green onions
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • Wasabi, for garnish
  • Toasted sesame seeds, for garnish


Instructions

  1. Dice the sushi-grade ahi tuna into small cubes.
  2. In a bowl, combine the diced tuna with soy sauce, sesame oil, and chopped green onions.
  3. Gently mix until well coated.
  4. Dice the avocado and place it at the bottom of a serving dish.
  5. Spoon the tuna mixture on top of the avocado.
  6. Garnish with a dollop of wasabi and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
  7. Serve immediately.

Notes

Chill your mixing bowl and serving dish for a fresher taste. Adjust soy sauce and avocado to customize flavors.
