Ingredients
- 4 cod fillets
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place the cod fillets in a baking dish and spread the mayonnaise mixture evenly over the top of each fillet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cod is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
