Description

Learn how to make festive Mini Air Fryer Christmas Tree Pizzas that are perfect for holiday gatherings. Easy recipe with a crispy crust and cheesy topping!

Ingredients

  • – 1 lb (454 g) whole wheat or regular pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • – 1/2 cup (120 ml) pizza sauce
  • – 1 cup (120 g) shredded mozzarella cheese
  • – Red, green and yellow pepper, finely diced
  • – Beef pepperoni, thinly sliced (optional)
  • – Christmas tree cookie cutter

Instructions

  1. Set your oven to 375°F and prepare a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. On a surface dusted with flour, flatten the pizza dough to a thickness of ½ inch.
  3. Utilize a cookie cutter shaped like a Christmas tree to create tree shapes from the dough. Position each tree on the prepared baking tray.
  4. Re-flatten the remaining dough and repeat the process until all dough has been utilized.
  5. Spread pizza sauce over each dough tree, then sprinkle with cheese, diced peppers, and add slices of beef pepperoni, if desired.
  6. Place in the oven and cook for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the cheese is bubbly. Serve while hot.

Notes

  • Experiment with different cheeses like cheddar or gouda for a unique flavor twist. Try adding toppings such as olives, mushrooms, or cooked sausage for extra variety. Make a larger batch of dough to freeze extra Christmas tree shapes for a quick meal option later on.
