Ingredients

- 1 cup tomato juice
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1 avocado (diced)

- 1 jalapeño (minced)
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro (chopped)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Tortilla chips or crackers for serving
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the shrimp, tomato juice, lime juice, avocado, cucumber, red onion, jalapeño, and cilantro.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste and gently mix all ingredients to combine without mashing the avocado.
- Cover the bowl and chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Serve chilled alongside tortilla chips or crackers.
