- 1 cup lime juice
- 1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup cucumber, diced
- 1 cup tomatoes, diced
- 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1-2 jalapeños, minced (optional)
- Salt to taste
- Tortilla chips for serving
Instructions
