Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup mayonnaise (or plain Greek yogurt for a lighter version)
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- Optional: ½ teaspoon paprika or Italian seasoning for topping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness of about ¾ inch.
- Combine the mayonnaise, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper in a medium bowl until smooth.
- Spread the mixture evenly over each chicken breast.
- Place the coated chicken in the prepared baking dish and sprinkle with optional spices if using.
- Bake uncovered for 35–45 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Remove from the oven and allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, allow the chicken to marinate in the creamy mixture for an hour before baking. Serve garnished with parsley or lemon zest.
