Description

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup mayonnaise (or plain Greek yogurt for a lighter version)
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional: ½ teaspoon paprika or Italian seasoning for topping


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness of about ¾ inch.
  3. Combine the mayonnaise, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper in a medium bowl until smooth.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly over each chicken breast.
  5. Place the coated chicken in the prepared baking dish and sprinkle with optional spices if using.
  6. Bake uncovered for 35–45 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  7. Remove from the oven and allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, allow the chicken to marinate in the creamy mixture for an hour before baking. Serve garnished with parsley or lemon zest.
