Description

A light and flavorful dish featuring white fish fillets baked with cherry tomatoes, black olives, and fresh herbs.


Ingredients

  • 4 white fish fillets
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup black olives
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh herbs (basil or parsley), chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Arrange the white fish fillets in a baking dish.
  3. Scatter cherry tomatoes and black olives around the fish.
  4. Sprinkle minced garlic over the fish and vegetables.
  5. Drizzle olive oil on top and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
  7. Remove from oven, garnish with fresh herbs, and serve immediately.

Notes

Use a meat thermometer to check if the fish has reached an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C). You can experiment with different fish varieties if you prefer, such as cod or tilapia.
