Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season the salmon fillets with olive oil, salt, and pepper, and place them in a baking dish.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the heavy cream, garlic, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, dill, and parsley. Stir until well mixed and warmed through.
