Description

A luxurious yet simple salmon recipe with buttery garlic-infused sauce, sun-dried tomatoes, and creamy Parmesan that elevates any meal.

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (skin-on or skinless)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped (oil-packed for best flavor)
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the salmon: Start by seasoning the salmon fillets with salt and pepper. In a heated skillet, add olive oil and butter. Once melted and bubbling, carefully place the seasoned salmon fillets into the skillet. Sear for 3-4 minutes on each side until they develop a stunning golden crust.
  2. Make the sauce: In the same skillet, reduce the heat and add minced garlic. Sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Add the chopped sun-dried tomatoes and cook for another minute. Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring to combine. Gradually mix in the grated Parmesan cheese, thyme, and basil.
  3. Bake the salmon: Pour the sauce over the seared salmon fillets in the skillet. Transfer the skillet to the oven, baking for about 15 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork. Keep an eye on it, as timing may slightly vary based on fillet thickness.
  4. Finish and serve: Remove the skillet from the oven, garnishing the salmon with freshly chopped parsley. Serve Marry Me Salmon hot, drizzling extra sauce over the fillets for an extra touch of indulgence. Enjoy every bite!

Notes

For the best flavor, use oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes and fresh ingredients whenever possible. Adjust seasoning to taste.
