Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Fresh herbs (basil and parsley), chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil over medium heat and sear the salmon on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove salmon from the pan and set aside.
- Add minced garlic and sun-dried tomatoes to the same pan, sauté until fragrant.
