Description

A simple and flavorful dish of marinated grilled shrimp, perfect for summer barbecues and gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Fresh herbs (such as parsley or cilantro) for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine olive oil, lemon juice, lime juice, garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
  2. Add the shrimp to the marinade and toss to coat evenly.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Thread the marinated shrimp onto skewers.
  6. Grill the shrimp for 2–3 minutes on each side or until they are opaque and cooked through.
  7. Remove from the grill and garnish with fresh herbs before serving. Enjoy over rice or as an appetizer.

Notes

For added flavor, sprinkle chili flakes into the marinade for heat. Ensure not to overcrowd the grill for even cooking.
