Ingredients
- 1 kg of sushi rice

- 2 avocados
- 1 mango

Instructions
- Start by laying a sheet of nori on a bamboo mat, shiny side down.
- Wet your hands and take a handful of cooked sushi rice, spreading it evenly over the nori.
- Place a line of raw tuna, fresh salmon, and cooked shrimp in the center of the rice.
- Add sliced avocado, mango, cucumber, and bell pepper for freshness.
- Lift the bamboo mat and start rolling away from you, maintaining gentle pressure.
- Roll until you reach the edge of the nori, applying some water to seal it securely.
- Slice the rolls with a sharp knife, cleaning the blade after each cut.
- Serve with Sriracha, mayonnaise, and unagi sauce for dipping.
