Ingredients

  • 1 kg of sushi rice
  • 1.2 liters of water
  • 12 tablespoons of rice vinegar
  • 4 tablespoons of sugar
  • 2 teaspoons of salt
  • 200 g of raw tuna
  • 200 g of fresh salmon
  • 150 g of cooked shrimp
  • 2 avocados
  • 1 mango
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1/2 red bell pepper
  • 1 carrot
  • 100 g of cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons of finely chopped green onions
  • Crispy onions
  • Black sesame seeds
  • White sesame seeds
  • Pomegranate seeds
  • Nori sheets
  • Sriracha
  • Mayonnaise
  • Unagi sauce


Instructions

  1. Start by laying a sheet of nori on a bamboo mat, shiny side down.
  2. Wet your hands and take a handful of cooked sushi rice, spreading it evenly over the nori.
  3. Place a line of raw tuna, fresh salmon, and cooked shrimp in the center of the rice.
  4. Add sliced avocado, mango, cucumber, and bell pepper for freshness.
  5. Lift the bamboo mat and start rolling away from you, maintaining gentle pressure.
  6. Roll until you reach the edge of the nori, applying some water to seal it securely.
  7. Slice the rolls with a sharp knife, cleaning the blade after each cut.
  8. Serve with Sriracha, mayonnaise, and unagi sauce for dipping.
