Description

Ingredients

  • 5 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1 pound shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt (for the topping)
  • 3/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese (shredded)
  • 1.5 tablespoons olive oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, and lemon juice.
  3. Season the shrimp with salt and pepper, and toss in the butter mixture to coat.
  4. Arrange the shrimp in a single layer in a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan, salt, and olive oil until the breadcrumbs are evenly coated.
