Ingredients
- 5 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 1 pound shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt (for the topping)
- 3/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese (shredded)
- 1.5 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, and lemon juice.
- Season the shrimp with salt and pepper, and toss in the butter mixture to coat.
- Arrange the shrimp in a single layer in a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan, salt, and olive oil until the breadcrumbs are evenly coated.
- Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture evenly over the shrimp.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the shrimp turn pink and the breadcrumb topping is golden.
- For extra crispiness, broil for 1-2 minutes at the end.
- Serve immediately, spooning the lemon butter sauce from the dish over the shrimp.
