Description

Ingredients

  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 2 lobster tails, cooked and chopped
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Fresh herbs (such as parsley or basil), chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Let it cook for a few minutes until slightly thickened.
