  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (preferably panko)

  2. Combine the softened butter and cream cheese in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
  3. Add the chopped lobster, shredded crab, lemon juice, and zest, and stir gently to combine.
  4. Mix in the parsley, garlic powder, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper until evenly distributed.
  5. Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. Roll each bomb in breadcrumbs and return them to the baking sheet.
  7. Drizzle olive oil over the bombs.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  9. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
