Delicious bite-sized morsels of lobster and crab mixed with buttery goodness, perfect for any gathering.
Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked lobster meat, chopped
- 1 cup cooked crab meat, shredded
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (preferably panko)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil for drizzling
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and gather your tools and ingredients.
- Combine the softened butter and cream cheese in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
- Add the chopped lobster, shredded crab, lemon juice, and zest, and stir gently to combine.
- Mix in the parsley, garlic powder, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper until evenly distributed.
- Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Roll each bomb in breadcrumbs and return them to the baking sheet.
- Drizzle olive oil over the bombs.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Chill the bombs for 30 minutes before baking for optimal shape. Experiment with different seafood or seasonings for a twist.
