Description

A vibrant and fresh loaded seafood salad featuring shrimp, crab, and scallops, perfect for summer gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound of cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup of crab meat
  • 1 cup of scallops, cooked and chopped
  • 2 cups of mixed greens
  • 1 cup of cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 medium cucumber, diced
  • 1/4 cup of red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup of fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Prepare all seafood by ensuring the shrimp, crab, and scallops are cooked and chilled.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and parsley.
  3. In a separate small bowl, mix the mayonnaise with lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Gently fold the seafood into the vegetable mixture.
  5. Drizzle the mayonnaise dressing over the salad and toss gently until coated.
