Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Chopped parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat until browned and fully cooked; drain any excess fat.
- Add minced garlic to the beef and cook for one minute until fragrant.
- Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
- Pour heavy cream into the skillet with the beef, bringing it to a simmer.
- Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and grated Parmesan cheese until they melt and create a creamy sauce.
- Add the cooked pasta and crumbled bacon to the skillet; toss everything to combine and heat through.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
