Description

A comforting twist on classic pasta, combining the flavors of a cheeseburger with creamy fettuccine, crumbled bacon, and a rich cheese sauce.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Chopped parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat until browned and fully cooked; drain any excess fat.
  2. Add minced garlic to the beef and cook for one minute until fragrant.
  3. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
  4. Pour heavy cream into the skillet with the beef, bringing it to a simmer.
  5. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and grated Parmesan cheese until they melt and create a creamy sauce.
  6. Add the cooked pasta and crumbled bacon to the skillet; toss everything to combine and heat through.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider adding smoked paprika or cayenne to the beef.
