Ingredients
- 1 pound calamari (cleaned and cut into rings)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- Salt to taste
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Combine olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, black pepper, and salt in a bowl.
- Add the calamari rings to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the calamari for about 2-3 minutes on each side until they are opaque and have grill marks.
- Remove from grill, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve immediately.
