Description

A mouthwatering lemon-garlic sea bass dish served on a bed of creamy spinach, perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

  • 2 sea bass fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon (juice and zest)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 cups fresh spinach
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Season the sea bass fillets with salt and pepper.
  2. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until fragrant, then add the sea bass fillets skin-side down. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked through.
  3. Meanwhile, in another pan, add the spinach and sauté until wilted. Stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, cooking until creamy.
  4. Serve the sea bass on a bed of creamy spinach and drizzle with lemon juice and zest.

Notes

Allow the sea bass to come to room temperature before cooking for even cooking. Taste the creamy spinach sauce before serving and adjust seasoning to taste.
